We are settled in our beautiful new home and we can't thank you enough for the quality workmanship that is in our home.  We are so pleased and proud to show others our new custom built home.

When our 20 month old house was destroyed by fire and we called you, your first response was "When can we go see it?" You even offered to pick up Steve.   The trauma of a house fire and losing everything is very overwhelming but your quick response and caring approach to our need spoke volumes to us. You were a ray of hope during a very difficult time.  When we talked to you about rebuilding our home we felt that you were the best choice of the builders we had spoken to.  Your compassion and genuine desire to help us get our life and home back was the deciding factor and we felt that your integrity and workmanship was of the highest caliber. We could not be happier with the final outcome and thank you so much for all that you did in getting us back into our new home as quickly as possible.  We are so grateful that we chose you and our house stands as a testament to your building quality and workmanship.

You made the whole project as easy for us as possible and you were quick to respond to our concerns and questions all the way through to the end.  Your management kept the project on target and we were even in the house before the promised date.  You didn’t just build our old house back, you built a better one.  Your expertise in building and suggestions for changes made our new house even more beautiful and better than before.  We are very pleased with the professional and warm congenial manner in which you related to us.

We are excited to celebrate with those who played such a significant role in our new home.  If you recall (as I am sure you do) you were the only builder that would actually walk me and talk me through the process so that I really understood what was going to happen and how I could try to manage the costs. All others told me to go get an architect, get a plan, then they would bid it.
 
You also recall, at first you declined the house.  I do not recall the specifics but I appealed for reasons to understand and then you reconsidered and agreed.  I hope now, you are as proud of the house as we are.  It really is a "Street of Dreams" house to us.
 
Since you are in this industry, you surely know what people think of building a house.  I was told it would test our marriage, that I would hate my builder when I was done, all kinds of horror stories.  I am happy to say that, while it was a bit of a "second job" to stay on top of all the details, it was a great experience.  While we have had issues and likely still have some to work through, I have never felt like we were anything other than two reasonable people trying to sort through the issues at hand. 
 
I appreciate your indulgence on all the issues that were new to me, but likely "old hat" to you.
